TUSB214-Q1: USB device can not be found, TUSB214-Q1 D+ is pulled to GND internally.

Part Number: TUSB214-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB214

Dear TI sir

I use TUSB214-Q1 in a DA project to redrive the USB, but if I use old USB cable to connect Mobile phone or U-Disk to host, some time I find the USB device can not be find(happen rate is ~1%), I check the voltage of D+ and D-, I find the D+ voltage is 0V when the failure happen, and no USB reset signal.

I remove TUSB214-Q1, this failure will not happen.

I set the RSTN of TUSB214-Q1 when this failure happened, the system can be recovered after reset TUSB214-Q1,

so I think the problem of "can not find USB device" is caused by TUSB214-Q1, the D+ is in 0V(maybe D+ is pull to GND or D+ is short with D- internally) in sometime.(especially when in USB plug in and out)

I want to know in which case TUSB214-Q1 will pull D+ to GND or short D+ and D-?  how to solve the problem(for examples add ESD protector between D+/D- etc.)?--Thank you
