Hi,
I cannot see downstream SFPs at all, so I would like clarification on the default and expected behaviour of the FPC402. I have a single FPC402 connected to two SFPs, all I am using the FPC402 to do is to manage the i2c addressing to the SFPs.
By *DEFAULT* at power on, my understanding is that the port side SFP addresses of 0xA0 and 0xA2 should appear on the host side of the FPC402 at addresses 0xF0 and 0xF2. I cannot access them at these addresses, is there something I must reconfigure after power on away from default to allow this? I do not wish to use the pre-fetching at all. One of the other posts to this forum suggested that a reset of the ports is required after power on, but this makes no difference to my issue when I tried it.
I also noticed from another post in this forum that a datasheet more recent than the one dated June 2017 is available. I applied to download this but have not received a download link and the link to check the status of my application also does not work.
Any assistance is gratefully received.
