TPD4S012: Vbus-pin connected capacitance

Please tell me how to use TPD4S012

When a 0.01μF capacitor is connected between the VBUS terminal (6pin) of TPD4S012 and GND (4pin)
Does it degrade the performance of ESD clamp?

（0.01uF is included for stabilization of Vbus）

Hello,

No the Cap on the Vbus to GND will not degrade the performance of the ESD clamp.

Hi Cameron-san,

Our customer uses TPD4S012 for USB on Sitara AM335x. Three capacitors (150uF, 4.7uF, 0.01uF) are implemented in the VBUS line on AM335x EVM as follows:

Should these capacitors be implemented?

I am concerned that these capacitors have adverse effects.
