Hi,

Customer of mine was looking for TPS25740A however it has been NRND. TI recommend TPS65987D but its application is different with TPS25740A.

My customer needs 2 ports charging and not require 20V output because car battery only up to 14V

Is there any device close to TPS25740A?

Hello,

If you customer is wanting to support two Type-C ports, I recommend using the TPS65988 which is a dual port Type-C PD controller.

Can this devise use as standalone application?

The Design requirement is 5V,9V or 12V output/port and single port charging is up to 36W.

Please advise if TPS65988 able to support above requirement?

You may refer to the TPS65988EVM. If you had not done so, I would also recommend going through and reading some of our App notes/User's guide to help you properly integrate our part into our project
