please tell me how to calc the power dissipation with specific condition.

i assume that it would be changed if Vcc is changed and something other spec also included.

Masa-san,

Please refer to this blog about power dissipation evaluation. Basically DC power depends on the resistive load, while AC power depends on the data rate and capacitive load. Please let me know if you have any specific application conditions.
