May I know what is the advertised type-c current from TPS25740? 0.9A, 1.5A, or 3A? Is it configurable? HOw?

Hi Antony,

Few quick questions. Is your customer wanting to use the TPS25740 within a new design? It is currently NRND with the part to use instead the TPS65987. What is the end product that they are wanting to integrate this device into?

Hi Adam,

It's not a new design, and already on customer system now. Is there any new part to replace TPS25740 that is NRND now? TPS65987 is the only option supply such data-less PD source type-c port?

In parallel, since TPS25740 is a data-less PD controller, we should not see any data-related CC log (e.g. DR SWAP, discover identity, discover SVID,,,,) when it's connected to another system, right?
