Hi all,

Do we have SPICE module of TPD6F002? This ESD is wildly use and customer want it for simulation.

IBIS or S-parameter module are also OK. Thanks.

    Hello,
    We do not have a model for this device as it is an older part. We do have the insertion loss graph on it to give an idea of the signal attenuation and beyond that we have the filter specced that you could make that in spice that would give you an approximation.
