Hi Team

TPS6598x Vbus output need Schottly diode to GND. IF My PDO is 20V@5A , Can I use 30V@3A Schottly diode ?

982 SEPC is rceommended NSR20F30NXT5G. It is 30V / 2A diode.

Hi Kerr,

You should be able to use a 30V/3A Schottky. I would suggest doing some testing to make sure it can meet your needs. I do not see any issues with regards to the TPS65987D when using a 30V/3A Schottky.
