This can be obtained by obtaining the .bxl file to be used in Ultralibrarian.
This can be found in the quality and packaging tab in the product folder:
www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

Note, this package is preformed, and is mounted lid down. This provides for more compliancy for board level reliability.

I do not have access to this data existing in any other format. Additionally using Ultra librarian allows export to a variety of tools.
There is a link to install ultra librarian on the same page.
