One of my customers is looking for a conversion device which can convert from HDMI to I2S.
I think DS90LV048A could be used for HDMI -> I2S converting.
Can this device used for conversion from HDMI to I2S?

DS90LV048A converts differential LVDS signals to single-ended LVCMOS signals. It cannot be used to convert HDMI audio to I2S. I am not sure what would be a good solution for this application. You may want to post your question to audio forum. I found the following thread which may be helpful:
