Could I tune gamma and color temperature of LCD through DS90C187 by TI tool? If so, how could I get this tool?

No, DS90C187 cannot tune gamma or color temp.

Could you explain more why DS90C187 cannot tune gamma or color temp? Exacted purpose is to slight shift color coordinate of white point for color calibration.

This is not a function of the device, it is just a simple RGB to LVDS serializer.
