Hello. I am designing the SN65HVD379DR part into my design and need to know the typical current draw (or power) for both the driver and the receiver at the max frequency rate. I am powering the device at 3.3V.

Current draw is dependent on loading so you may want to provide a load resistance for the driver and receiver.

Like Bobby mentioned, the power dissipation of the device depend on the load condition, especially the capacitive load for high data rate communication. Regarding maximum frequency rate, do you refer to 25Mbps? You can refer to the table of section 7.6 on the datasheet of sn65hvd78. You can also take a look at this blog for the detail of estimation.
