    Hi ,

    We have checked your SCH. The comment as below : 

    1) The AGND and PGND should be separate , in your SCH it connect together. We suggest this two GND be connected in the AGND and thermal PAD. You can refer to the tps25831Q1EVM-062 PCB layout ;

    2) The Bus pin to C18 should add 100R 0805 for short to battery damping for BUS pin. 

    3) The C7 and C8 suggest move in parallel with C5 and C6 . The high value cap after Rsens(15mR) will impact the cable compensation and current limit accuracy .
