We found the defective units with TVS3301 during ESD test. I wonder to know how to know the power rating and how to calculate it?

Hello Brian,

Why do you think you recieved a defective unit? Did the part fail during the testing? Our part is rated to +/-8kV contact and +/-15kV air gap and will survive that level. However if your system did not survive an ESD strike of this magnitude you might want to get a lower clamping TVS diode like TVS2701.
