TUSB8044: Inquire TUSB8044 NRND question

Hi Sir,

Please refer my questions as following and kindly share your comment for us:

1. When the TUSB8044 become NRND part?

2. Originally customer used TUSB8041 but need support USB3.0 gen1, so can we just pin to pin change to TUSB8044A?

3. What different between TUSB8044 and TUSB8044A?

4. End-customer feedback TUSB8044 may has compliant issue, is this the reason to become NRND part?
