Hello,
I was considering to use DS64BR111 until I saw that the storage temperature was -40 deg C, I need to find an alternative.
I need -55 deg C for storage.
Are there any alternative to use?

Hi Mikael.
I don't see any direct replacements. I'll find out more about the -40 storage limit.
Will the device be power up during this time?
Thanks and Regards,
Lee
Hi Lee,
Thanks for the replay.
Yes, the device will be powered up at -55.

Hi again,
Wrong answer from me. During test, our DUT will be stored in -55 degrees (min 3 hours). After that, the temperature is increased. When it reach -40 (plus 2 hours for temperature stability) the power will be turned on.

Hi Mikael,
I don't think 3 hours will be any issue at -55C. When testing to failure we focus on high temperature limits. This package and process has passed testing after 1000 temperature cycles from -65C to 150C
