IN the TIDA-00455/ DS90UB913A+DS90UB960 ,there some Question,

1/That is the DS90UB960 Output set ?  CSI2-port0-lane0 output A/B/C/D ? Or  Sensor1---CSI2_port0-Lane1;sensor2--CSI2_port0-lane2;sensor3--CSI2_port0-lane3;sensor4--CSI2_port ?

2/ if the output of ds90ub960 need to be convert ? or the DS90UB960 output (CAM A/B/C/D)same as the  input of ds90ub913a?

  • Hi Andrew,

    1/That is the DS90UB960 Output set ?  CSI2-port0-lane0 output A/B/C/D ? Or  Sensor1---CSI2_port0-Lane1;sensor2--CSI2_port0-lane2;sensor3--CSI2_port0-lane3;sensor4--CSI2_port ?

Our 960 deserializer takes in the four sensors, aggregates them, and outputs the data onto CSI Port 0. The CSI data of the combined image sensors is transmitted over 4 lanes. There's no specific sensor associated with each lane.

2/ if the output of ds90ub960 need to be convert ? or the DS90UB960 output (CAM A/B/C/D)same as the  input of ds90ub913a?

Our 960 is backwards compatible with the 913. The 913 takes in cameras in parallel interface, and the 960 converts that data and outputs in CSI interface. No additional conversion is needed.

    Best,
