Hi 

I used TI SN65HVD78 to test the A and B Pin of the chip, and the impedance was 300K. I want to know what is the range of normal impedance parameters of A and B Pin of this device?

    Ren,

    What's your application and what's the configuration of the device? How do you do the measurement, from A to B or from A to GND? It looks like you're checking the impedance in receiver only mode. If so, you can refer to the spec Ii on page 7 of the datasheet.
