Could DS100BR210 support 7 meters length for 10G SFP+ DAC Cable?  Anything need to be considered?

    Hi Rocky,

    This depends on the insertion loss of the DAC cable. Please note table 3 of the data sheet. This specifies equalizer gain versus equalizer gain at 5GHz. I searched online to find DAC cable insertion loss versus frequency. However, I could not find this data. Having said this, this cable is used by other customers and DS100BR210 has up to 30dB gain, so I think this should be possible.
