DS80PCI810: ReDriver function doesn't work well?

Part Number: DS80PCI810

Hi TI Team:

I am using DS80PCI810 for Redrivers with the PCIe Gen2 x8. I get an attenuated results for the VOD / VID, such as:

1) VID = 547mV, VOD = 330mV @LEVEL4(EQA = EQB = 1)

2) VID = 530mV, VOD = 234mV @ LEVEL1( EQA = EQB = 0 )

In this way, my system can not work well, I use the PIN Mode at VIN = 3.3V(ENSMB = 0), the other pins value are:

RESERVED2 = RESERVED3 = 0, RESERVED1 = F,

SD_TH = RX_DET = EQA = EQB = F,

VODA0/VODB0 = 1, VODA1/VODB1 = 0, VDD_SEL = 0

So what's wrong with the DSPCI810?
