ΘJC(top) = 36.1
ΘJB = 34.9
ψJT = 6.2

ΘJC(bottom) = n/a
There aren't any specifications for Tj, but you can estimate the maximum junction temperature with Tjmax= TAmax + (Pd x θJA)
where TA is the operating free-air temperature and Pd is the power dissipation.
