Actual problem was found!
2 absolute encoders AS5048a were connected to the same +3.3V supply on driver board. Encoders were placed inside reducer with mounted maxon EC90 motor. This motor-reducer generated a strong noise meander +-24V during the rotation! AS5048a also burned sometimes. We have changed encoder mount material - plastic plugs instead of metal ones and noise meander could not influence to other lines any more!
