Hi Nasser,

The attached model is HSPICE encrypted format.

Unfortunatly, I can't use it on PSPICE.

Could you provide me unencrypted spice model please?

Unencrypted model is not available.

We do have IBIS file as well. Would this help?

Hi Nasser,

I don't have simulator for IBIS model and from my understanding, it is not analog simulation.

Do you have more detailled output stage than figure on datasheet page 16?

Hi Mickael,

This is the most detailed output stage schematic that we can release. Other customers have used encrypted hspice model and this wasn't an issue.

If this is a new design, there are other cable drivers where we have IBIS-AMI model to allow high speed signal path signal integrity analyses. If this helps please take a look at LMH0318 or LMH0397 devices.
