Hi experts,
My customer is looking for an ESD protection device dedicated for 1000BASE-T Ethernet PHY. Is TPD4E05U06 suitable here? Or do you have any other suggestion? I found competitor's ESD protection IC use bi-directional diode, such as SEMTECH uClamp2804L. So should customer use uni-directional or bi-directional device here? Thank you.
