Hi,

On the datasheet, only Ta is defined on AM26LS32 devices.  Could you please let us know the Tj value?

    Hello Hattori-san,

    The absolute maximum junction temperature for the AM26LS32A devices is 150 C.  The recommended ranges (over which the electrical and switching characteristics remain within specification) are defined based on ambient temperatures since that matches our characterization conditions.
