ESD122: want use to protect cJTAg pins

Hello 

I am planning to use  ESD122DMXR to protect cJTAG pins( MCU operation 3V) because of small size.

Please confirm we can use this or suggest dual channel smallest possible protection diodes.

    Hi Raghu, 

    The ESD122 device would be a good fit for the application. This device has a working voltage of up to 3.6V making it capable of working on the 3V line. Its low capacitance makes it capable of protecting high speed data lines without interfering with the signal integrity. The ESD122 offers IEC 6100-4-2 level 4 ESD protection, +/- 17kV contact; +/- 17kV air gap discharge, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection for up to 2.5A.
