ONET1151P: Input and output Impedance

Hi,

we are designing a 10gbps tranceiver in which the part ONET1151P is used to receive photo-diode differential signal, and in datasheet it is mentioned as DIN+ / DIN–. The data path consists of a 100-Ω differential termination resistor, which means it can be routed differentially at 100 ohms. but in my case the gap betewwn  pins of the photodiode out+ and out- is large so maintaing a differntial impedance near photodiode is difficult, so is it okay to route it as a single end 50ohm imedance trace betwwen PD and ONET1151P  DIN+/- lines as shown below? is that okay?

Also the output s DOUT+ / DOUT– is also routed as 50 ohms impedance matched single end trace as shown below. is that okay?
