DS25BR110: LVDS equalizer for sub-LVDS small level input

Hello team,

I'm looking for a LVDS equalizer for receiver input with requirements below.
- 1Gbps to 3Gbps sub-LVDS input
- from 3m to 4m long cable
- can identify 50mVpp differential input level

I found DS25BR110 would be a nice option, but the differential input level looks require 100mVpp.
Is there any solution which can identify 50mVpp small level input?

    Hi ,

    I would look into the DS64BR111.  It has better low signal amplitude characteristics.  At 50mv you will need to configure the device to stay enabled.  This can be done with the MODE pin = HIGH (continuous talk).

    Another possible solution is the DS125BR111, this device will have limited gain available at the lower datarates though.

    Both of these devices would require AC coupling since the input common mode is not compatible with sub-LVDS
