Are you planning on using the SN65DSI85 in the exact same way as the SN65DSI84? Why are you replacing the DSI84?

My customer didn’t use SN65DSI84 before and SN65DSI85 is the first time used in the projects. Engineers found SN65DSI84 driver of NXP imx8mq from internet, but they can't find SN65DSI85 driver. So they're trying to use SN65DSI84 driver to control SN65DSI85.

Hi Sam,
They shouldn't just use a driver they found without checking it. Both the SN65DSI84 and SN65DSI85 registers have to be configured according to the system they're in.
