We have customer drawing specifically requesting the following testing done for the part # DS26LS31MJ/883. I just want to confirm if the testing was done, and how to verify it? Can I request test data for this part? The test data we are looking for are CLASS B devices per MIL-STD-883. Does this part meet the below requirements? My customer drawing is specifically looking for the below requirements as per their drawing.
Qualification inspection shall be conducted in accordance with MIL-M-38510 and shall consist of the Group A, B, C and D requirements of Method 5005 for Class B devices per MIL-STD-883.
