Hi Kevin,

Welcome to E2E!

The VCUT00714A-HD1-GS08 seems to be able operate in two different modes. With Pin 1 connected to ground the device has a operating range of -7V to 14V. With Pin 2 connected to ground the device has an operating range of -14V to 7V. In our portfolio we do not have a device with the same functionality. If the application will be using this device in a voltage rail that is withing 7V to 14V then the TPD1E10B09 could be a possible alternative. This device has a voltage range from -9V to 9, offers similar IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection, similar IEC 61000-4-2 surge protection, and similar capacitance. Does the 9V range meet the applications requirements?

Hi Kevin,

For the 1.5SMC36A-E3/57T transient voltage suppressor I would position one of our TVS devices. For this device the best alternative in our portfolio would be the TVS3300.
