TPD1E6B06: How to make sure it already pass "IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD Protection" test ?

I have two questions for you:

1) Dose TPD1E6B06 has any test report to prove it can pass "IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD Protection" test ?

2) Dose TPD1E6B06 has any report to prove it has ROHS / REACH ?

    Hi,

    Welcome to E2E!

    In the datasheet you will find that it states that the device passed the Level 4 ESD protection on the first page on the first line of the features. For more infomation on the tests that our ESD devices are put through please refer to the application note found on this link. When it comes to a report we do not have specific reports for each device that prove the device can pass, but we do guarantee what is on the datasheet.

    On addendum page 1 you will also find in the packaging information that we state that the device is RoHS compliant. There is no specific report to prove that the device is RoSH compliant, but we do guarantee what we place in our datasheets.

    Would you be able to provide an example of the type of reports you are looking for to see what I can find for our devices?
