Hi team,

i have a customer currently using this device on an interface board for HDMI signals coming from a COM express module. however, it appears they might need level shifters on the differential pairs and this device only shifts I2C signals.

can you help identify the right device that can provide the necessary level shifting for HDMI 1.4?

Also what's the difference between the TPD12S521 and the TPD12S016?

they are using HDMI 1.4. are level shifters necessary?

or are level shifters only required for HDMI 2.0 CLK and DATA lines?

Hi,

High Speed Lines cap and package is different.

Both device have level shift function. The level shift function is necessary for the HDMI port . These two device can match the generally requirement for the HDMI port.
