Dear Team,
My customers are designing with TPD2S703 .
They found that when D + /D- is pulled up to 3.3V, a voltage will appear at VD + /VD- during power off.
In the other side, when D + /D- is pulled down to ground no voltage will appear at VD + /VD- during power off.
Does the internal body diode cause the phenomena?
If yes, what is the forward voltage of the body diode?
