Hi team,

My customer needs USB3.1 gen1 redriver for their dual type-A system and Pericom has provided dual type-A redriver for them.

But not sure if we have suitable solution for them or whether TUSB544 can implement for dual type-A port. Thanks.

Hi Feng,

Could you elaborate on "dual" Type-A ? Is this stacked USB connector or something else? It should like you will need two pcs of TUSB1002A.

Hi Malik,

Sorry. I mean two port of type-A but customer want to have one single redriver silicon. So, I think TUSB544 could not support two port of type-A.

Our solution will be two TUSB522p for USB3.1 gen1 only.

I agree TUSB522P can be used as well.
