Hello experts,

Please tell me the following.

Is it OK to connect LED at ROUT of DS90LV048A?

I want to drive Case 1 or Case 2 of the attached circuit with ROUT output.

LED current will be 10mA max.

    Yes, it is okay to load the output with some additional current to power the LED indicator as long as the "R" is sized to allow for a maximum of 10mA of LED current.

    Keeping the current to less than 10mA will allow the ROUT pin to still drive a valid output "low" or output "high" voltage.
