Hello,

I'd like to ask if there is point to paralell the TVS2700DRVR?

I'd like to have double the clamping current - will that work this way?

Or rather the first device can trigger first -> take all the current -> get damaged -> make a short circuit. Ant the second one will even not trigger.

Hi Adam,

Welcome to E2E!

It is not recommended to add 2 device is parallel because of the reasons you mentioned. In the event of a high surge event one of the TVS2700 could take in most of the impact and could result in getting damaged. Two devices in parallel will result in an unreliable solution.
