Customer would like to replace TJA1051 with TXD to RXD within 200ns

Is the spec. I provide below correct to compare NXP's spec.?

Yes, these are equivalent specifications. They both refer to the "loop delay" parameter defined by ISO 11898-2. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
