Hi,

Could you please let me know WQFN package?

Does the package has thermal pad? And should customer connect it to GND? or can it leave open?

    Hello Nagata-san,

    Yes, the QFN package option has a thermal pad as shown in the mechanical drawings.  The pad does not make a direct electrical connection to the internal die, so it is acceptable to either connect the pad to the PCB GND or to leave it floating.
