Replacements of ESD122 and TPD2E007

Hi, 

I am looking for replacements that has a package larger than ESD122DMXR and TPD2E007DCKR.

These parts are too small to mass-produce.

ESD122DMXR is used for USB and LVDS.

TPD2E007DCKR is used for RS485.

I can't find a suitable replacements that has large package (SOT-23).

Could someone recommend it?

    We do have ESD solutions with leaded package

    Just for the record, you can always filter by package on TI.com product selection pages like in image.

    Also, here is a link to all our esd solutions with SOT-23 packages

    To replace ESD122, i recommend to take a look at the following:

    • ESDS302 (2 channel, Unidirectional, Vrwm 3.6v). We also have 4ch flavor
    • TPD2E1B06 Bidirectional but 5.5V Vrwm for usb interfaces

    TPD2E007 actually already has an SOT package option, so you don't need to search for an alternative if all you needed was SOT package option!
