P82B96: AECQ100 device for differential I2C communication?

Hi team,

I read the application note TIDA060013 which uses P82B96. Our customer wants to use such I2C communication with long differential cable, but the device is non-automotive device.

Is there AECQ100 device for I2C communication with differential cable?

    Hi Nishimura,

    Unfortunately we don't have an auto-qualified I2C to differential solution right now.

    I've talked to our marketing team about this before since we've been seeing demand on this. If you'd like you can send me the expected volumes and customer name to duynguyen@ti.com so I can track the opportunity size. If we have a strong enough business case, we may be able to kick off a project involving a device like this in the future.
