DSLVDS1047: SPICE model

Hello team,

Is there SPICE model for DSLVDS1047?

My customer needs to convert from 3.3VCMOS to differential output with meeting below Vcom and Vswing requirement.

• 0.5V<Vcom<1.0V
• 0.12<Vswing<0.3

This is not standard LVDS, CML and so on, so they need a solution.

DSLVDS1047 can be one of candidate but it requires level adjustment. So it helps if there is simulation model for the part.

There are many channels so they prefer high channel count device sp they see also SN75LVDS387.

Please let me know if there is good solution for the requirement.
