I tried to install DSI-TUNER, but it stopped halfway.

Hi Sakai-san,

This is an old app so looks like it only works with older versions of Java. Namely, Java 1.6. You can try uninstalling any current versions of Java you have on your machine and then installing this one to see if it works (jre-6u23-windows-i586-s.exe): http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=44457
