Why not using the HD3SS213, 214, 215, or TS3DV642? The HD3SS212 does not have enough pins to handle the switching of the main DP link and the sideband signals.

Per checked with customer, they have several concerns in this case as below. Their schematic is sent to your email. May I know if they can use HD3SS3212 in their DP application? Thanks a lot!!

• HD3SS3212 is also in the same board, they want to consolidate part number.
• They only need DP 2 Lane switch, HD3SS213 has 4 lane and 2 lane will not be used.
• This MUX is for DP to VGA Bridge, maximum speed will only reach HBR(2.7Gbps).
• HD3SS213 is BGA package, layout is difficult compared with QFN
