Dear TI Team

I would like to ask about SN65HVD3088E

Is it okay if a voltage (5V or less) is applied to the A and B terminals of the SN65HVD3088E when Vcc = 0V (when the power is off)?
(If you check the maximum rating, it is stated in the data sheet in the range of -9V to 14V.)
