    Hi Jason,

    Please see my comments below. 

    • Since SMBUS mode is selected keep in mind that TUSB8020BI will not function until the CFG_ACTIVE bit has been set by SMBUS manager.
    • Pull-up resistor on GRSTZ is not needed for passive reset (GRSTz not driven by external signal).
    • Are the downstream ports intended to be used with a Type-C connector? If so customer will need a device like HD3SS3220 to interface with the USB-C connector.
    • Are the Upstream port connections AC coupled to the USB Host? If so what is the AC coupling value? If not please place 100 nF on both SSTX_UP and SSRX_UP for direct connections. 
    • Why is the customer using only one downstream port on the Hub?
    • Recommend including a 10 uF on VDD3P3 as well. 
    • If customer is using a power switch on the downstream port then SMBUS manager should enable REG_5h(fullPwrMgmtz) and the per-port or ganged mode by REG_5h(ganged).
