Hi expert,

Does TPD1E01B04 can be used to protect 10G Ethernet port?

Detail specification requirement as below. I didn't find a device that can meet all these requirement. what's the bext recommendation for this case?

1、2-Line Surge and ESD Protection

2、Low Capacitance: 0.25pF Typical

3、Working Voltage: 3.3V

4、Very Small PCB Area

5、Transient Protection to

CE IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 25kV (Air), 25kV (Contact)

CE IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 4kV (5/50ns)

CE IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 10A (8/20μs)

    Hello Lenna,

    Unfortunately we don't have a device that meets all these specifications. The best device I can find would be the ESD122 (DMX package). However, it only has 2.5 A of surge protection and 18 kV ESD rating (contact). It meets everything else though. 

    Let me know if this works for you. Also, can you tell me what type of application this is for?
