Hi Andrew,
If TUSB7340 is used in a application where the downstream USB port is directly connected to internal USB PHY with no externally facing USB connector, the port should be marked as non-removeable. This is done by USBx_PORTx_NON_REM bits.
FYI, TUSB73x0 is NRND and has very limited support. Please be sure to read over the errata for this device.
