TCAN1051-Q1: CAN VOH details

Hi Team,

We are selected “TCAN1051DRQ1” CAN IC in our design,

 TCAN1051DRQ1 IC, VOH min: 4V @ 2mA mentioned in datasheet

MCU, VIH min: 4V, MCU input leakage current is 1uA

 For Logic Compatibility Margin is zero for this IC.

 For CAN IC @1uA, VOH data is not available in CAN datasheet.

Kindly provide the VOH min details @ 1uAmp.

    Thanks for bringing this to E2E. The datasheet actually states -2mA, meaning that current flows into the pin in the logic-high state. This is the largest amount of current that will flow into the pin, and in a typical case it will be much lower. That being said, we don't have test data for this case, but the low input leakage current won't affect the transceiver's ability to drive the proper high level on the RXD pin.
