I am looking for P2P solution to replace *WS70RH*

TPD2E001DZDR is the close one I found.

Did you have other suggestions?

    Hi Ben -

    Thanks for your query. Yes, TPD2E001DZDR is the only device we have which is pin-to-pin compatible with WS70RH. 

    However, the WS70RH does look to have a reverse standoff voltage of 70V vs the TPD2E001 at 5.5V. Not sure if this is a typo on the WAYON datasheet and if this is important for the use case.

    The TPD2E001 does offer much lower capacitance than WS70RH and good clamping performance.
